Shipment
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Due to the current high demand for our products, delivery times are typically 15-21 business days. Delivery times begin on the day the goods leave our warehouse and are shipped. We are working to shorten delivery times in the future.
Is there a minimum order value or shipping costs?
There's no minimum order value in our shop. Plus, we ship all orders free of charge.
Exchange
How does the exchange work?
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us by email. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. You return the item to our German warehouse at your own expense, and we will send you the new item at no additional cost.
Return
Where do I return the item?
You can return the item within 14 days of receipt to the address specified in our cancellation policy. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In what condition must the product be for a return?
The product must be returned in perfect condition.

Can I get a return label?
Unfortunately, we don't offer free return labels. However, we ship your order free of charge within Germany.
Revocation
How can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has already been shipped, even within these 24 hours, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
What happens if I refuse to accept the delivery?
Refusing to accept delivery does not constitute a cancellation. The item will be returned to an external address that does not accept returns. In this case, the package cannot be reclaimed and will be destroyed.
